About Red Regiment Airsoft

The Red Regiment is a mercenary themed airsoft organization based in Longview Washington within the United States. Founded by a group of three close friends, the Red Regiment is the original founding and driving force behind all airsoft teams and events within Cowlitz County.

No longer a simple group of friends who play together on the field, the Red Regiment has grown into a nation spanning club of airsoft enthusiasts who share the same styles of game play and theories behind airsoft. Active participants and contributors can be found scattered throughout Washington State, Oregon State, Idaho State, Ohio State, and even Florida.

What makes us so successful and different on and off the field is that we treat airsoft as a sport rather than a military simulation. This gives us great liberty to craft specialized tactics, theories, and equipment guides that emphasize victory and practicality over realism and role-play. These ideas and hypothesis are then field tested, many for several years, until they are firmly refined into what is known as the Red Regiment Codex. This codex can be found on our forums and contains a vast tomb of data about everything airsoft.

A mercenary theme means that our players and organization members are not limited by international borders, restrictions to weaponry, clothing, or any other such constraint to how they chose to conduct war. Not every event we go to is a clear victory, but even if victory is impossible we always turn heads and leave an impression. We have no preference to how or who we play as or against- we simply play to get the job done and have fun.

Our members have scrimmaged near Mt. St Helens, battled in junkyards, crawled through dense forests, deployed from helicopters, fought within public schools, prowled through underground bunkers, lurked through stream waters, and engaged each other in near dessert conditions- and on three continents no less.

This organization and tight nit brotherhood has gone through many rough times and great shifts of thinking and policymaking. We do not doubt that we will do so in the future, but as those who have left us, betrayed us, misunderstood us, or simply moved on from us well know, will continue onward with or without them.

Please, feel free to join our community and talk about airsoft, ask for some advice, or schedule a game with us. As with all our team information, you can find more about this on our forums.
